Description of service
AutoChat provides an AI-powered voice receptionist and communication platform that answers calls, qualifies leads, generates summaries, and delivers notifications and follow-up messages on behalf of subscribing businesses. Features may evolve over time as we improve the service.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep account credentials secure.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing, consumer protection, and privacy laws.
- Obtain any consents required from End Users, including for call recording and SMS communications, where applicable.
- Ensure that content provided to AutoChat (including knowledge base entries) does not infringe third-party rights.
SMS messaging
By providing a phone number, users consent to receive service-related SMS messages from AutoChat regarding inquiries and customer support.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; customers should review outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoChat and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AutoChat in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time in accordance with the applicable subscription plan. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a manner that poses a risk to AutoChat, our users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease.
Intellectual property
AutoChat and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the service, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you provide, and grant AutoChat a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service for you.
Payment terms
Any fees, billing schedule, usage limits, and renewal terms will be disclosed in the agreement accepted by the Business Customer. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in that agreement.
Privacy
Your use of AutoChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
